Task Manager

When I start my computer and I check my task manager
before starting any programs, I have about 30 some
programs running in the background. I donk know what
they all are and I believe this is why my computer is
running at a crawl. Any suggestions appreciated.

Those processes that are running are probably files of AdWare and SpyWare, they make your computer run much slower. You might want to get an AdWare removal program such as SpyHunter or Ad-Aware to remove those files
