I wasn't sure if my post was sent. I can't shut down
processes through Task Manager; it says Access Denied.
This is an admin account.

There are 321 tweaks on the page - have a look at line 51 - on the right
Line 113 on the left etc
 
How do I lift restrictions?? I think that that is
exactly what I need to do. How do I know which Kelly's
tweak does that? Can it be done through Windows w/o a
download? And again -- what does line 51 refer to?
