When I do a "control/alt/delete" and go in to task manager
to stop a task, it stops the task, but a blank task
manager screen stays on and there is no place to go to get
it off without restarting my computer. There used to be
an x in the upper right hand corner to click on to get rid
of it, but now it is not there. HELP!!
 
Double click the outer border of the task manager that you see to restore it
back to the full mode.
