Task Manager corrupted??

For no apparent reason, but it must be something I did, my Task Manager is now a window
without any headings, no upper right corner tabs(minimize, maximize, close window),
nothing but a window showing the tasks running and the bottom choices of End Task,
Switch To, and New Task.

Does anyone know how I can get the real Task Manager back...registry fix perhaps?

Greetings --

You're running Task Manager in "Small Footprint Mode." Simply
double-click anywhere along the top or side borders to return to a
normal view. Alternatively, pressing <Ctrl>+<Tab> will allow you to
cycle between the various displays, and <Alt>+<F4> will close it.
