Task Manager

Hi

When I do a Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end a hung-up task, the task manager window
opens without the tabs -there is no any tabs or task bar upper or down. (
End task, switch to, new Task) I only can see the takes which are running, so
there is no way I can select a task and end the task. Did anybody experience
this kind of a problem
