Task Manager

My task manager is disabled. I'm a local admin & have
even changed local admin name to my user id.

Anyone know how to re-enable task manager
 
Is this a stand-alone server or part of a domain?
If domain, there's a group policy setting to disable task-manager, make sure
you don't have it enabled.
