When I use ctrl alter delete to bring up my task manager a
box comes up and says "task manager has been disabled by
the administrator". HELP!!!!!!!! Can someone please
tell me how to get it back????? Thank you !

Open regedit,
and go to the following entry:

HCU-software-microsoft-windows-currentversion-policies-system-DisableTaskMgr
..

Set the value to 0.

If this does not work (it resets to to 1), contact your systems admin.
You could also check for some any security programs you have installed that
disble the use.
Do you have administrative priveleges.
Reply back if need be but try the registry first.
