Task Manager, System Restore, Regedit, MSConfig Not Working

After removing MS Blast, I have probelms with all of the
above. :

1. After pressing CTL ALT DEL - Task Manager windows opens
and closes very quickly

2. Regedit and msconfig windows do the same think

3. System Restore does not take me back in the past

Need Help Please!

This worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then: Download then
Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files
mentioned in the above link.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk.
Double click it and answer yes to the import prompt. REG
files can be viewed in Notepad by right clicking on the
file and selecting Edit.
