Task Manager, System Config Utility, Norton A/V not working

System Config Utility and Task Manager only work for a moment then
turn off.

NAV same thing. Have tried uninstalling and then re-installing Norton.
Tried Klez, Spybot, and Yaha removal tools but no infections are
found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
