task manager shows multiple cpu's

For some reason my task manager shows that I have multiple
cpu's when I have only a p4 2.8ghz with hyperthreading. I
have checked in the device manage and it says that it is a
ACPI multiprocessor PC, my other PC says is is a APCI
uniprocessor PC. I went to change this and is said that my
computer might not start if this wasn't correct. Does the
Hyperthreading mean it works as a multiprocessor computer?
If not how do I fix this. In case it is required my
motherboard is an asus p4c800.

Thanks

Paul

Don't worry, hyperthreading works very similar as having
multiple CPU's
So Windows shows correctly 2 CPU's.
