task manager programs

My father in law recently bought a second hand pc. i installed panda
antivirus and microsoft`s antispyware. I removed all viruses and
spyware no problem. Everytime he restarts the pc the internet
connection screen pops up, i have to press the cross in the corner
about 6 times before it finally goes off. I`ve installed spybot but it
told me that there that no spyware had been found. When i checked the
task manager i found 3 programs i`ve never seen before on any pc`s i`ve
been on. They were Neomonap23.exe, Ogxzzz.exe, and Olnuln.exe. I did a
search on the internet but every search engine i used kept coming back
unknown.
Does anybody know what theses 3 programs are?

Eithe viruses or scumware.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

Update Spybot S&D and scan again.
