THE TASK MANAGER IS DIABLED BY A VIRUS OR SPYWARE THAT TOOK OVER MY COMPUTER
I CANNOT GET INTO THE TASK MANAGER TO DELETE THE PROGRAM THAT TOOK OVER ,
ALLSO IT TOOK OVER THE ADMINISTRATOR I CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING . THANK YOU FOR
