Missing items after malware, virus and Trojans.

Inadvertantly, I picked up the above and had to remove them. I believe that I
now have them gone (I think). The problems are that now I have no "C:\" in
the My computer. Also, when I try to access the Display control panel I get
the message that the system administrator has diabled the display control
panel. Also, the task manager has been similarly diabled. What do I do?
