Task Manager Processes

Hi all,

Can anyone help,


I was wondering if there is any quick way to find out more about the
processes in task manager. My computer has 44 on the go - 4 of which are
SVCHOST.EXE.

Does anyone have a list which would let me know what the processes are for?
