Task Manager not starting

I can't get Task Manager to load. It's in the windows
directory and on the task bar options but will not load
when clicked.

take a look at line 113 enable/disable or repair task
manger.Click on repair,give it a run thru!

There are many viruses circulating in the Internet, which prevent Task Manager, MSCONFIG and Registry Editor from running. Some of the viruses just terminate the above 3 processes and some delete the three executables.
