How to enable Task Manager as it is not showing when i right click

how to enable Task Manager as it is not showing when i right click in
empty area of task bar?
earlier system had shown Dr watson postmortem error message after that
only it is not showing task manager

plz suggest me how to get back task manager

Yea. I didn't know about if for a long time. In Win2000 in will bypass
the screen that pops up when you CTRL-ALT-DELETE and goes straight to
the Task Manager.
