task manager disabled

I have recently found that my Task Manager has been disabled. As i am the
only person with access to this computer, I assume some website disabled
it(?). Furthermore, Zone Alarm has been turhed off and I cannot get it to
start again. Lastly, some process is causing currently active windows to
loose focus.
Can anyone tell me has happened??!!

Start|Run|type in:gpedit.msc|ok
Administrative Templates|System|Double click on
Ctrl+Alt+Delete|Double-click the Remove Task Manager -here you disable

Also scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus as well
as with latest versions of Spybot,Search and Destroy,CWShredder and
Adaware.Run all of them in Safe mode.
