task manager corupted

accessing tAsk manager from the task only the window for "programs
running" displays and i don't even get an exit from this. to close this
i have to alt/f4. how can i restore the full task manger with all the
tab functions?

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
