Task Bar

How do I get the task bar to stay on all the time?. Whenever I move the
mouse pointer to the middle or upper portion of the desk top it disappears
until I move the mouse pointer to the lower portion of the desk top. I
would like it to be visible all the time.

Move the mouse pointer to the start bar and right click. Select
Properties and then deselect the 'Auto-hide the taskbar'.

Right click a blank area of the taskbar | properties | untic Auto-hide the
taskbar.
