Task Bar

Hi,

I am running Windows 2000 pro. I have accidently moved the task bar to the
right hand side of the screen so it runs vertically. Could someone tell me
hoe to get it back to the bottom of the page/screen. Is there a wat to lock
it so it cannot be accidently moved?
