Task bar

Until yesterday, I had a Single Task Bar/System Tray at the bottom of my
XP screen. Now I have Three thicknesses(levels) of the Bar and my
System Tray has the icons on 3 horizontal levels as opposed to the
previous single level. I musht have hit some button accidentally.
How do I get back to my single horizontal/level Task Bar/System Tray?

Right click the taskbar then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

Move your cursor over the edge of the taskbar until it becomes a
double-headed arrow.

Left click and drag down to the single height.

Right click the taskbar then click Lock the Taskbar.

Now it can't be moved or resized unless the Lock Taskbar option is cleared
again.

Thanks, I "re-discovered' the process by accident. At 70.5 maybe I'm
getting Alzheimers or going pre-senile lol

Glad it worked out. You got 20 years on me, but I suffer from CRS. :)
