Task Bar problem

My task bar now broke down into 2 sections left and
right. The left one after the quick program and the right
one after the program icon. The is a dask line seperating
the 2 task bar. All my running problem will show in both
section. If I close one program in the right bar the icon
in the left bar will also be close. Is there any way I
can return to the default setting. I have no idea what I
have done before.

To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you
may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs
file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
