task bar moved,wont drag,even when unlocked

pleeeese help,today my task bar migrated to the top of the screen, tried unlocking and draging, all it does is get fat, i really really want it back where it belongs, thanks
 
Hi,

Left-click and drag a blank area, avoid the start button or the system tray.
