Task bar appears during PowerPoint show

Help! For some reason my PPT 03 on my XP machince periodically show the task
bar during a PPT show. Seems as something is scanning .... Advise?

You could set it to auto-hide. Right Click on it and click on
properties click the box so the checkmark beside auto-hide is there
and then click okay. this will minimize your taskbar and shouldn't
pop up unless you move your mouse to the bottom of the screen or hit
the windows key
