Target Designer: Looking for Component containing file

Hi all,

is there a quick way to determine the component containing a special file?

For example there is bootcfg.exe. I'd like to add it with the Target
Designer but don't know the component. Do I have to search manually by
clicking on a lot of components to determine whether it is in there?

I have had good luck using the search function in help - it will usually
tell you which component the file is a part of.

A quick search in TD help reveals that bootcfg.exe is part of the "server
command line tools" component.

You should be able to find it using filters
GO to the filter manager, create a new filter, and choose "Component
contains the following file: <file you are looking for>

apply the filter and it should give you the results

BTW bootcfg.exe is in Server Command Line Tools
