Exporting definition of component from Target Designer

I need to export the definition of component "Primitive: tzchange.exe -
Update KB970653" from Target Designer to a file, more specifically I would
need the Registry Data that this component defines (doesn't have to be in
..REG form, anything will do).

Any clue?
 
Have you tried building an image with only that component included?
