target account is incorrect

windows 2003 domain, Client XP box get address from DHCP . No wins server .
In one XP ,shared a folder and give pemission to others . But when somebody
want to access this computer from their own computer ,a error appeared as
"Target account is incorrect " and can not access this computer .
1 .Checked Domain User and computer ,there is no duplicated computer account
I leave this computer to workgroup and then re join it to domain . I
still get same errow message .
2. This error computer 's name is randy . when ping randy ,it return IP
address 192.168.1.209 and this is just same as record appeared in DNS server
..But in brower , if I use \\192.168.1.209 , I get into another computer
named AM1.
3 I ping AM1, it return another IP address 192.168.1.201.
4 . I can access AM1 from network correctly . \\am1 or \\192.168.1.201
I do not know what happened , anybody can help me? Thanks a lot

forgot something :
The old name of this error computer is Graphic1 . After error , I changed
it to Randy and deleted Graphic1 from ADUC .But after I opened my network
place - entire network , I can saw both computer name : graphic1 and randy .
When I tried to open randy , error appeared as "target account is incorrect
"

I think you pretty much solved it - reboot or run ipconfig /flushdns and
nbtstat-RR on all computers. Also check to make sure there are no hosts or
lmhosts files for Graphic1 (or AM1) and delete any DNS records and DHCP
lease.
