Purchase Microsoft Windows Plus! Digital Media Edition
(DME). 20 buck download from msft or cd buy from best buy.
Follow instructions for hooking up cassete/stereo to pc .
Use "analog recorder" program in DME.

Purchase Goldwave (cheap at the price from http://www.goldwave.com ) then :

* connect your K7 player to your line-in on your PC soundcard

* fire up Goldwave and record your track(s). Store them as wav files.

* Use the Goldwave filters to get rid of tape rumble/hiss etc. Normalise
the sound.

* burn to CD.

There you go!
