Tape driver or backup app needed

Hi,

I'm having trouble with NTBackup on w2k and my old Conner CTMA 4000 IDE tape
drive. NTBackup appears to recognize the drive write data to the end of the
tape but it then errors instead of asking for another tape. I've tried the
latest Seagate driver but that fails the read/write test. I've also tried a
couple of shareware backup programs that also fail for various reasons.
Oddly I have no problem using the drive with W98SE (which of course doesn't
recognize the NTFS partitions).

My question...does anyone know of a driver or reasonably priced backup
program for W2k that will work with this tape device?

Best regards,
BobS

Thanks for the suggestion, BT. I am trying to remove the W98 but NTFSWin98
may be my only option to use the tape backup. The plus side is the W98 does
compression and W2k does not.

This might be a better solution for you. This app is freeware and allows
Windows 98 to read NTFS volumes (no write):

I've had problems sometimes clicking the drive in My Compter and having it
open (this is in WinMe, tho) but right clicking Explore
