Tansfer W2K to new hardware

Hi all,
I need to transfer a W2K install from one hardware
platform to another totally different hardware platform
without losing anything, including programs.
I read a KB article a while ago on how to do this but
cannot seem to find that article again.
Does anyone know the procedure or article for performing
this operation

Hi Brad,

Please keep in mind that restoring to dissimilar hardware is not guaranteed
to work (as noted in the first paragraph of that article).
