Taking back control of my computer

What I've done so far to get back some control over my computer. And
now Vista isn't constantly writing to the hard drive and using up my
CPU's cycles.

Turned off UAC, but then IE7 not in protected mode, so
I Dl'd TweakUAC, to turn off UAC but keep IE7's protected mode.

Dl'd Zone Alarm Free Edition to control outbound firewall.

Reduced size of System Restore from 45GB to 10GB via command at dos
command prompt.

Turned off Indexing.

Turned off Hibernation & got rid of 2gB hiberfil.sys file via typing
powercfg -h off at dos command prompt.

Turned off automatic defragmentation.

Disabled "OptinNotification" and "Consolidator" in Task Scheduler.

Disabled mcudate.exe in Task Scheduler.

Anything that I missed?
