Taking a flagged email and then completing it, but where does it g

So we flag emails for follow-up on jobs that still need to be
done....however, when we mark the flag "completed" where does the email
disappear to? We can't seem to find it in any of the outlook folders! Any
help would be aprreciated

Perhaps you're using a view that filters out items that don't have flags.
