Hi All, Thanks in Advance

We have just setup a Win 2003 server, XP Desktops with Office 2003 for approx 300 PC's. I have been tasked with training the end users and wanted to get screenshots of the login dialog and change password dialogs. Everytime I hit Alt+Print Screen or just Print Screen nothing is put onto the clipboard

How can I get these shots

After you key Alt+Print Screen... open a blank document using MS Word or Excell and Paste.
works great for Logging IP configurations in CMD prompt.

You can install Windows into a VMWare session and obtain the screen captures
you require.

or

You can remote desktop/terminal server into a remote PC and obtain screen
capturese you require.

Did the other responders solutions work? (there's also ctrl+printscreen for
whole desktop)
I was wondering if there's a security issue here, maybe the clipboard is
cleared when a user attempts to log on or change password.
Also, do you have a keyboard like mine (microsoft multimedia) where the
function keys play 2 roles depending on whether you have a special function
lock key pressed.
