how should I proceed for writing a handwritten comment into a database?
As if have no clue at the moment about tablet PCs I'm grateful for any help.

You'll also find some examples on how to do this in the articles posted up
at www.tabletpcdeveloper.com

Unfortunately it's one of those subjects that very hard to answer out of
context, i.e you need to know something about coding for tablet PC for any
suggestions anyone could make about persistence of ink to make sense to you.
