Table of Contents - Unwanted Entries

I'm using FrontPage 2002, and created a page (in a large web) that contains
a "Table of Contents." Some of my pages are flagged to NOT be included in
Navigation Bars. No matter what I have tried, these "NOT included in
Navigation Bars" pages show up in the "Table of Contents."

What can I do so that these unwanted files are NOT included in the "Table of
Contents?"

Thanks!

Unfortunately the TOC picks up linked pages (even favicon links)
Best to get your web set up and open your, then Preview in Browser, Edit the page to remove the webbot tags, and save the page from
IE outside of the web
Then file import to replace the TOC bot page w/ a normal html page of links

Thanks for your answer. I understand what I have to do...

Seems to me, though, that there should be some mechanism built into FP that
would allow pages to be excluded. Perhaps some tag such as the
"X-No-Archive: Yes" that is used in newsgroup messages to keep Google from
archiving the message.
