Table formatting

I am preparing a slide which will be an "Index" to the slide show.

I had intended to use a table to contain the entries but I cannot find
a format condition to get all rows the same height. Dragging is not
acceptable in this case.

If I am right I will prepare a single text box to the final format and
then copy enough examples for the project.

Thanks,

I'm not quite sure I've understood what you want to do. If you are trying to
vertically centralize text in the table cells? (Does that make sense!)

Ungroup the table once its filled in.

Drag select all the elements then FORMAT > AUTOSHAPE and in text box you can
change the position of all text relative to the table cells.

Two rules of tables that may help:

You can't make any row smaller than a certain size, which is dictated by the
font size of the text in the cells in the row and by the cell with the largest
amount of text.

Rows will grow taller to contain the amount/size of text you place into any
cell in the row.

With that in mind, try choosing the text in cell with the most text.
Copy and paste that into each of the other cells.
Now all of your cells and the rows that contain them are the same height.
Then edit the text in each cell to be what you want it to be.
