Tabbed Form - How Can I Have One Field Show On All Tabs

I have a tabbed form where I would like one field to show on all tabs.

In form design view, place a text box on the form outside the tab control.

Once it's on the form, you can drag it into place on top of the tab control,
and it will show regardless of which page is selected.
