tabbed browsing for "Internet explorer v. 6_0" where can I find this?

Hi,

Someone was kind enough to post a hotlink or web address to a website or
download page for users of internet explorer who would like to enable
"tabbed browsing" - a revolutionary feature that netscape navigator invented
and microsoft hasn't come up with an equivalent -

Some of the web sites require IE otherwise I would browse entirely and soley
with navigator because tabbed browsing makes everything so much easier.

Finally, can anyone post a link to IE 6 product improvements, or a
"suggestion type box" where I could email and request explorer add this
feature or something similar?

It's amazing how well organized my browsing has become with netscape
navigator -No more fumbling opening / switching over and closing windows
trying to remember which window contained which information - Navigator
allows me to simply and easily open new links in either a new browser window
or as a "tab" or "subset" of the original web page/ web address.

I just wish IE could do the same!
