I clicked on Help and then About Internet Exploer, it said
I have 6.0 and 128bit cipher strength.

I got these notices while browsing the Window site,

I also got this when I tried to open a search page.

Does anyone has any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

SpyBot-S&D

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
