Tab order stops at last field

I have a form with a number of fields for a specific type of record, and
I have 'Tab order' set at auto to cycle through the fields.
When the tab gets to the last field it stops and won't tab back to the
first field of a new record or next record.
I have other forms where the tab will move on to the next record, but
this one doesn't for some unknown reason.

In the forms Properties, go to Other tab, and change the Cycle property to
All Records.

Thanks, but that doesn't do it. If I change it to 'current record' or
current page', it will tab along to the beggining of the same record,
and wont move to next record, but as soon as I change it back to 'All
records'it stops at the last field of the current record.

What is the AllowAdditions property of the form set to? You will find this
on the Data tab of the properties dialog box.

AllowAdditions is set 'Yes', as are most other properties on the Form.

Bob,

This obviously is not what you would expect, although I rarely set my cycle
property to "All records". I find it is way to easy to move to a new record
without knowing it when you have it set to all records.

Have you tried doing a compact and Repair on the database?

If not, copy it (the database) (just in case) and then attempt a compact and
repair

I doubt it. Honestly, I'm stumped.

You might want to start a new thread with a title "Cycle All Records not
working as expected". You could copy the URL to this thread and add that in
the new thread if you need to.
