Tab and Shortcut keys don't work

I'm having problem with Tab key. When I hit Tap key, it's supposed to move to the next cell on the right. However, it jumps to column P. I don't know how to customize this thing.

Moreover, the shortcut key Ctr+Shift+arrow also doesn't work. Is there anyway to fix it

Go to the Tools menu, choose Options, then the Transition tab.
Clear the "Transition navigation keys" setting.
