i have already googled about this problem so much and thought i sorted out,
however, i got the same problem again. when the user write a long email and
usually spend for about 15-20 min to finish, Outlook XP (2002 with SP3)
freeze up (running on Windows XP professional). most commonly, when he
presses the "send" button, it freezes. short emails are always fine. from
his experience, he intends to save the email so he doesn't lose it but still
it annoys him every time he writes a long email, Outlook crashes.

this machine is used by several users but this only happens to him. i
cleaned up his temp and internet temp folder, and re-created his account but
it's not helping. :(

the last time, i run "netsh int ip reset c:\tcplog.txt", which i found
somewhere on google. it resets the TCP/IP stack without needing to
re-install according to the guy who wrote it. also i re-installed Office XP,
repaired it, run ad-aware & spy bot, defragmented the HD, and run Norton
Scan. it seemed it worked after i run the TCP/IP command for a few weeks but
the user got the problem back today.

Here is the error message details...

Me too

I get exactly the same happening, though I do not have large emails open, just multiple users on my laptop. Any thoughts as to the cause would be very appreciated!
