Sytem Restore fails in XP SP2

My system restore will not restore my my computer to any restore point. I
have tried several. I use Verizon Yahoo Online Protection 2006 provided as a
free service by them. I turned it off but the result was the same. Can anyone
help?

Sometimes, System Restore fails (inevitably, you won't know this unless
you really need to restore). Look here for some suggestions on what to

There may be another solution if you explain why you want to restore.
