sysupd.exe infected!

Please help me! I use spybot search and destroy, and it
found a trace in sysupd.exe. It was called TScash. Now I
can't update my system! Another problem, when I press
ctrl-alt-del, the processes window is blank,it's just a
gray window.

Sysupd.exe is NOT a Windows file and has nothing to do with
Windows Update.

wupdmgr.exe is the Windows Update Manager.
