There are a couple of free programs on the site, and SystemSpeed is one of
these. I know reading English is difficult, but if you go to the second
program in the table at http://soft.despeus.com/products it clearly says
"Freeware", and the program is... SystemSpeed!

Be prepared not to be able to use your computer for a while during testing,
especially on older systems it takes a considerable amount of time to
finish!
