Hi and pleasant day to you
Can some one bypass the Systems / Screensaver Password and have access to a
computer?
If it was done how can the original setting be reinstalled or restored
I tried the "restore to an earlier point" on the computer but it did not work
Please advise. Thanks

The answer to your first question is - certainly. Any computer running
any operating system can be accessed by someone with 1) physical
access; 2) time; 3) skill; 4) tools.

In order to get an answer to your second question, please post back with
a better description of what happened and exactly what you are trying
to do. It isn't clear to me from your post.

It sounds like to me that you're wanting your computer to show a password box
when returning from a screensaver. To do so just follow these steps:

Click Start > Click Control Panel > Click Appearance and Themes > Click
Display > Click The Screen Saver Tab at top > Select your desired screen
saver > Click the checkmark box below next to "On resume, password protect" >
Click Apply > Click OK. Your computer will now password protect whenever
returning from screensaver.

Good Luck
