Systems Event Notification Service

Does anyone know anything about Systems Event Notification Service. According
to a message I recieve every time I open up my pC mine is not working.
How do I find this on my computer

Start orb/type: services.msc.
If setting this service to 'Automatic' fails, you will have to do further
work to find the other service not starting that it needs. It's your "Event
Viewer" and not starting it is not something you want. It starts a suspicion
that malware has invaded your system.
