systems error message.

I recently attempted to clean my registry of clutter. In doing so, I believe
I deleted needed systems components. I recently attempted to defrag my
system, and got a message requesting I check
regsvr32%systemroot%/system32\mmcndmgr.dll. When I ran this config, it said
it was unable to locate it. How do I download the defrag function on my
system again.

Either try system restore to an earlier date then see what you are cleaning
or don't use the tool.

Or Run this command:
sfc /scannow
