When i turn on my computer, it says cannot find system32,
you can find it by using search.
but it seems like it is completly gone off my computer,
can you help me either find it or maybe download

You don't want or need this file, it's a virus. Again, its not a valid
Windows file.

Remove remnants of KWBot.Worm from the Registry and File System

I assume you mean "system32.exe"? You don't want it and you certainly don't
need it. You will find the removal tool here
