I have a user running Win2k Pro sp4. Every time she logs
on to her profile right as the desktop is loading the
system32 file popups on the desktop.We dont' use roaming
profiles.It is a local profile and no other local profile
get this popup. Any help or ideas. Thank you...

Usually a damaged or otherwise corrupt "Run" key value.
